Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway at Blu Hotel Acquaseria, I was struck by the hotel's harmonious blend of comfort and culinary innovation. Nestled adjacent to the picturesque Adamello Ski area, it offers ample opportunities for winter sports enthusiasts. My spacious room featured a balcony, providing a tranquil space to unwind after a day on the slopes. One culinary highlight was my dinner at the Aquaseria Restaurant, where the ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting. The menu showcased a thoughtful fusion of local ingredients and contemporary flair, demonstrating the chef's dedication to authenticity and innovation. I particularly enjoyed a dish crafted with seasonal produce, which resonated with my evolving palate, always seeking the balance of tradition and modernity. While breakfast was pleasant, I noted a limited selection of fresh fruits and a delay in egg orders. Nevertheless, the staff was remarkably friendly and efficient, quickly addressing minor inconveniences like a bathroom door issue. The lounge, complete with a cozy fireplace and billiards, provided a lovely retreat after exploring the area. Blu Hotel Acquaseria stood out as a commendable choice for those seeking both relaxation and an authentic culinary experience within an accessible distance from the city center.
